• The 2nd of the month has The Burton Trio playing a private function 
• Music Lessons start on the 3rd
• Still accepting students for the 2010-11 teaching year
• On the 9th The Burtons are at Resto Gare 7-10
• On the 10th and 11th Azariah is at the Rockwood 9-1 I play drums in this group
• On the 18th the Burtons return to McNally Robinson 8-10
• A jazzy wedding at the Millenium Center with the Robert Burton Quartet on the 24th
• Jazz in a hangar on the 28th as the Robert Burton Trio plays a private function at the Western Canada Aviation Museum

August 2010

• Recording contestants for NCI's talent concert
• Booking weddings for the fall and winter
• Registering students for the 2010-2011 teaching year
• Playing with my trio at McNally Robinson August 20th 8-10

July 2010:

• Pre registration is over and we begin our open registration for September MUSIC LESSONS
• Singer Ainsley is in the studio on July 13th
• I am at McNally Robinson July 17th with eclectic singer Pat Boraski me on guitar 8-10
• July 22nd has me playing drums in the band Azariah doing a private function at the St. Boniface Golf Club
• The Burton Trio is doing a private function on July 26th 10am-1pm
• The Burton Trio is at McNally Robinson 8-10

• June 12th I am playing a solo guitar wedding
• June 19th has me leading my trio at McNally Robinson 8-10
• qualified students are recording their pieces for the upcoming student CD!
• pre-registration begins for music lessons in the fall
• registration begins for summer music classes

May 2010

• this is the month our qualified students pick thier piece(s) to play on the year end CD
• We will be soon sending out our pre-registration and summer programs letter
• May 11th has me playing drums in the band Azariah at Dylan OConnor's Portage Ave
• May 14th and 15th Strange Brew is playing the Rockwood Legion 9-1 both nights
• May 16th The Burtons Jazz is playing the JMicheals Fashion show in support of Cancer Care Manitoba
• May 27th has me playing drums in the band Azariah at Dylan OConnor's Portage Ave
• May 28th Has me backing up singer Guitarist Magaret Saydak at McNally Robinson 8-10
• May 29th has me returning with The Burton Trio 3 sets

April 2010

• Students return to music lessons April 5th after Spring Break
• The Robert Burton Trio plays McNally Robinson April 16th
• I will be Adjudicating music students at Canadian Mennonite University the week of the 19th
• We are number 1 on the reverbnation jazz charts for Winnipeg, Manitoba

• March 2nd is the release of St Benedict's Table's Book/CD "Beautiful Mercy:A Book of Hours" at McNally Robinson
• Strange Brew is at the Rockwood Legion Feb 5th 9-1
• March 20th Has the Burton Trio playing Jazz standards at McNally Robinson 8-10
• March 22nd has SLo JAzz in perofrmance at a private function in the Hydro Building
• Spring Break Begins March 29th

• On the 24th I am playing guitar in the duo called SLO at The Exchange Community Church 4:30
• The Burtons Jazz is at Robert H. Smith school for parents Night Out on the 21st 8:30
• Lessons resume on January 4th
• New Years Day Has Strange Brew at the Ft. Rouge Legion

December 2009

• The Burton Duo is playing on the 18th from 7-9 jazz and holiday standards at McNally Robinson Polo Park
• River Heights Music lessons are stopped for the Holidays from Dec 22nd - Jan 2nd resuming January 4th 2010.
• Strange Brew is playing New Years Eve at the Fort Rouge/South Osbounre Legion
